Jordan Kuwait Bank Launches a New Banking App in Collaboration with Mawdoo3

Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) launches the new banking application “JKBMobile” in collaboration with Mawdoo3. The launching of the new “JKBMobile” marks the inauguration of a new phase in JKB's strategy towards digital transformation, enhancing customer experience and facilitating round the clock communication with the Bank.   The Bank’s customers will recognize a state-of-the-art banking experience. The new mobile banking app will be a growing hub for JKB’s customers, with new features implemented to continuously improve the app. This ranges from new service bundles supported by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to new products and services that will complement the Bank’s customer experience.   Commenting on the collaboration, Rami Qawasmi – Chief Executive Officer at Mawdoo3 - said, “We are delighted to support JKB with the new banking app that will serve as its digital hub.
