Jordan Kuwait Bank supports King Hussein Cancer Foundation’s University Scholarships Program

Within its efforts to provide support in the areas of education and the youth in general, and cancer patients in particular, Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) provided support for the King Hussein Cancer Foundation’s University Scholarships Program, which is designed to cover university tuition for high school (Tawjihi) graduates being treated at the King Hussein Cancer Center. The support provided by JKB will cover part of the university and vocational training centers tuitions for 20 male and female students.The Bank’s contribution is to support the efforts of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center in providing comprehensive care for patients receiving treatment at the center, which is not limited to medical care, but includes psychological and academic care as well; thus contributing to enhancing their self-confidence and resuming their normal life activities.Mrs. Nasreen Qatamesh, Director General of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, visited the Jordan Kuwait Bank in appreciation of its fruitful cooperation and faith in the mission of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, confirming that this donation has its role in helping students achieve success and build the future they aspire to, calling for the importance of all sectors joining together to follow suit.
